Earnex is a digital education platform. What you are purchasing is a membership that gives you access to downloadable learning material (PDFs, eBooks, guides and recorded content).

• Earnex is not a multi-level marketing (MLM) company, chain-marketing scheme, networking business or money-circulation plan.
• Earnex does not promise or guarantee any income, salary, minimum earnings or fixed returns.
• The referral / affiliate feature is optional. Any reward earned depends entirely on the member's own effort.
• By agreeing to these Terms and proceeding to payment, you confirm that you are joining at your own risk and on your own free will, purely to access the learning material.

• Earnex is an educational membership platform. Your membership gives you access to learning resources, digital products and the member community.
• You must be 18 years or older to join.
• You agree to provide accurate information at sign-up and to keep it updated.
• One account per person. Multiple or fake accounts may be suspended.

• Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Do not misuse the platform, attempt to hack, scrape or disrupt the service.
• Do not upload illegal, harmful, misleading or copyrighted content you do not own.
• Follow all applicable laws while using Earnex.

• Each member receives a unique referral link to share with friends and family.
• You must share Earnex honestly. Do not make false claims about income, rewards or benefits.
• Spamming, paid ads using the Earnex brand, or misleading marketing is not allowed.
• Self-referrals or referring fake users are not allowed and will result in suspension.

• Rewards are milestone-based. You must complete the required targets for each level to unlock the reward linked to that milestone.
• Rewards are not guaranteed for every user. Eligibility depends on actually completing the milestone.
• Rewards may include digital products, gifts, gadgets or travel experiences as listed on the rewards page.
• Earnex may substitute a reward of equal value if a specific item is unavailable.
• Rewards are personal and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.
• Taxes (such as GST or TDS) applicable on rewards are the responsibility of the member as per Indian law.

• Travel benefits are subject to eligibility — you must complete the linked milestone and pass KYC.
• Travel rewards cover the items specified for that milestone (e.g. stay, group itinerary). Extra expenses are the member's responsibility.
• Travel dates, destinations and itineraries are scheduled by Earnex and may change due to weather, government rules or operational reasons.
• Members must arrange valid ID, passport, visa and travel insurance as required.
• Travel rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Membership fees are payable in advance through our secure payment gateway.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and may include applicable taxes.
• Earnex may change pricing or plans at any time. Existing memberships remain valid for their paid period.

• Because Earnex provides instant access to digital learning resources, membership fees are generally non-refundable.
• If a payment was made by mistake or there was a clear technical issue, please contact support within 7 days for review.
• Refunds, if approved, are processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

• KYC verification is mandatory to claim rewards and to receive any payouts.
• You must provide accurate ID, address and bank / UPI details.
• Earnex may reject a payout or reward if KYC details are incorrect, incomplete or do not match account details.

Earnex may suspend or terminate an account, without refund, in cases including:

• Fraudulent referrals, fake sign-ups or fake payments.
• Misleading marketing or false income claims.
• Sharing pirated content or violating intellectual property rights.
• Abusive behaviour towards staff or community members.
• Any violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

• Be respectful. No abuse, hate speech or harassment.
• No spam, no off-topic promotions, no unsolicited links.
• Share Earnex only with people who will genuinely benefit.
• Breaking community rules may lead to removal from groups and account suspension.

• All learning resources, eBooks, videos and downloadable materials are for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may not copy, redistribute, resell or republish Earnex content.
• All intellectual property rights remain with Earnex or the original creators.

• Earnex is provided on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to keep the service reliable, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• Membership does not guarantee income. Earnings from referrals depend entirely on a member's own effort and on others joining through their link.
• To the maximum extent allowed by law, Earnex is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Earnex operates in accordance with applicable Indian laws and policies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continuing to use Earnex after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
