We collect only the information needed to operate your Earnex membership safely:

• Account information — name, email, mobile number, password (encrypted), profile preferences.
• Payment information — order details, payment ID and status. Card / UPI details are handled by our payment gateway and are never stored on our servers.
• KYC information — government ID (e.g. PAN, Aadhaar reference), bank / UPI details and address, used only to verify your identity and enable reward payouts.
• Usage data — pages visited, learning progress, referral activity and reward progress.
• Device data — IP address, browser, device type and approximate location, used for security.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, measure how features are used, and protect your account from suspicious activity. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some parts of Earnex may not work properly.

• To create and manage your member account.
• To deliver learning resources, digital products and live sessions.
• To track referrals and milestone progress for the reward program.
• To verify identity (KYC) and process eligible reward payouts.
• To send important account, security and reward notifications.
• To improve features, fix bugs and prevent fraud.
• To comply with applicable laws and lawful requests.

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data only with:

• Trusted service providers (payment gateway, KYC verification, email, hosting, analytics).
• Government authorities when required by law.

Your data is stored on secured servers with encryption in transit and access controls (row-level security). Payments are processed by PCI-compliant gateways. While we follow industry best practices, no system on the internet is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password and never share your account details.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as long as required to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. You may request deletion at any time, subject to these requirements.

• Access and download a copy of your personal data.
• Correct or update information that is inaccurate.
• Request deletion of your account and data.
• Withdraw consent for non-essential communications.
• Raise a complaint with the appropriate data protection authority.

Earnex is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has registered, please contact us so we can remove the account.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated effective date.
